Registration becomes valid only after registered payment of the participation package. Please use a valid email address when registering. One participant – one registration. It is not possible to register multiple participants from one account.

All domestic and foreign participants 14 years or older have the right to participate. Minors between the ages of 14 and 18 must have their parents’ written consent when picking up the participation package (the consent is signed when picking up the participation package or the consent is notarized).

Race package can be picked up by your friend or family. Participant package pick up will not be possible on the race day! Registration/payment on the day of the race is not possible!

WITHDRAWAL OR UNPLANNED CIRCUMSTANCE

A participant may withdraw from the race and is not under obligation to notify the Organizer.
In case of withdrawal or not being able to participate in the race due to unplanned circumstances, the Organizer is not under the obligation to refund the participant.
In the event of cancellation or postponement of the event due to force majeure – external events and extraordinary circumstances, including the COVID-19 pandemic or any other pandemic, natural disasters (floods, earthquakes, etc.), war or terrorist activities, public riots, fires or explosions or state measures authorities that make it difficult or impossible to hold the event, and which could not be foreseen, avoided or eliminated, the organizer is not obliged to refund the funds paid for the participation package.
In case of event cancelation or postponement all purchases will be transferred to next possible edition of event.
In the event that the state authority adopts special measures necessary for the event to take place (vaccination status or a negative test as a condition for participation…), the organizer is not obliged to refund the funds paid for the participation package in case of withdrawal of the participant.

RUNNERS INFO

Participants should arrive at the starting/finishing “runner’s village” from 8 a.m. The village is located on the Makiš side of Ada Ciganlija, between the main parking area and the beginning of the beach.
Only participants who are not from Belgrade and can confirm it with a personal document, can pick up their participant package at the “runner’s village” no later than 9 a.m.
In the starting/finishing village, participants can use a changing tent, a storage area for their belongings, and mobile toilets.
When changing, please place your belongings in the participant’s backpack and attach the sticker you received in your participant package to it. Take the backpack to the tent marked with the range of numbers where your participant number is located.
Place your participant number on the lower part of your shirt around your stomach area. Do not attach the number to your back, high on your chest, or hold it crumpled in your hand. In such cases, there is no guarantee that your time will be recorded at the start, checkpoints, or the finish.
About 15 minutes before the start, we will organize a warm-up session and a photo session.
After the warm-up and photos, we will invite you to enter the starting area.
The start will be organized in 3 waves to avoid overcrowding on the lake promenade and to ensure a more comfortable experience for each of you. There will be a few minutes between the starts. You don’t need to worry about your time because each participant will have their net time measured (from passing the starting gate to crossing the finish line) in the age category ranking.
At 10 a.m. the sound of a siren will signal the start of the first wave of runners.
After completing the lap around the lake, you will receive your unique participant medals at the finish line, as well as refreshments from our partners and organizer.
The announcement of the top three fastest participants in the overall ranking will take place on the main stage at 11:30 a.m.
After that, please stay in the “runner’s village” because we will hold a lottery in which we will draw entry forms of participants and reward those present with gifts from the main sponsor and other partners.
