IMPORTANT

The organizer can close registrations earlier in case the planned number of participants is reached.
Registration becomes valid only after the payment for the participant package has been confirmed.
Please use a valid email address during registration.
One participant – one registration. It is not possible to register multiple participants from one account.
Changes to registration details will be possible until September 15, 2025. for an additional fee of 600 RSD (5 EUR). Send requests for changes to support@bgdmarathon.org.
Registration/payment on the day of the race is not possible!
A minor runner can participate in the race. Minor participants must come to the Registration centre in the presence of parents/guardians who will sign the consent for the participation of the minor on the spot, or must bring notarised consent.

You must pick up your participant package in person with a valid ID at the 37th Comtrade Belgrade Marathon EXPO.
Picking up participant package in the start/finish village will not be possible!

WITHDRAWAL OR UNPLANNED CIRCUMSTANCE

A participant may withdraw from the race and is not under obligation to notify the Organizer.
Under no circumstances are the entry fees refundable.
In case of withdrawal or not being able to participate in the race due to unplanned circumstances, the Organizer is not under the obligation to refund the participant.
In the event of cancellation or postponement of the event due to force majeure – external events and extraordinary circumstances, including the COVID-19 pandemic or any other pandemic, natural disasters (floods, earthquakes, etc.), war or terrorist activities, public disturbances, fires or explosions, or government measures that make it difficult or impossible to hold the event and could not have been foreseen, avoided, or mitigated, the organizer is not obliged to refund the payment for the participant package. In the event of cancellation or postponement of the event, all paid funds will be transferred to the next held edition of the event.
In the event of cancellation or postponement, all purchases will be transferred to the next available edition of the event.
In the event that the state authority adopts special measures necessary for the event to take place (vaccination status or a negative test as a condition for participation…), the organizer is not obliged to refund the funds paid for the participation package in case of withdrawal of the participant.

PARTICIPANT INSTRUCTIONS

Participants should arrive at the start/finish “race village” from 8 a.m. The village is located on the Makis side of Ada Ciganlija, between the main parking area and the beginning of the beach.
Only runners who are not from Belgrade and can confirm this with an ID can collect their participant package at the “race village” by 9 a.m. at the latest.
In the start/finish village, participants can use the changing tent, a wardrobe for storing and safeguarding their belongings, and mobile toilets.
When changing, place your items in the participant bag and affix the sticker you received in your participant package. Take the bag to the tent marked with the range of numbers corresponding to your participant number.
Attach your participant number to the lower part of your shirt around the stomach area. Do not pin it to your back, high on your chest, or hold it crumpled in your hand. Otherwise, it may not be read properly at the start, check points, or finish.
About 15 minutes before the start, we will organize a group warm-up and a photo session before the start.
After the warm-up and photo session, we will invite you to enter the start zone.
The start will be organized in waves to avoid crowding along the lakeside promenade and to ensure a more comfortable running or walking experience for each of you. There will be a 10-minute interval between each wave. You don’t need to worry about your time, as each participant will have her net time measured (from crossing the start gate to crossing the finish line) and ranked within her age category.
At 10 a.m., the sound of the siren will signal the start of the first wave of runners.
After completing the lap around the lake, you will receive your unique participant medals at the finish, along with refreshments and beverages from our partners and organizers.
The awards ceremony for the top three overall finishers will take place on the main stage at 11:30 a.m.
After that, stay in the start/finish “race village” as we will conduct a lottery where we will draw registration forms of participants and award prizes from the main sponsor and other partners.
