Belgrade Marathon at the Chicago Marathon

On Sunday, October 12, the Serbian community in Chicago will have a special opportunity to support our runners at one of the world’s biggest events, the Chicago Marathon!

The Belgrade Marathon, in cooperation with friends from Chicago, is organizing the first official cheering station along the Chicago Marathon course. It will be a chance to showcase unity, energy, and pride while supporting runners from Serbia.

A special guest will be Milan Petrović, a blind runner and hero of the Belgrade Marathon, the only Serbian to have completed a full Ironman distance. In the streets of Chicago, Milan will run side by side with some of the world’s greatest athletes.
