PARTICIPANT PACKAGE PRICE:
Until 31 July 2026: 3,600 RSD (30 EUR)
1 August 2026 – 1 September 2026: 4,800 RSD (40 EUR)
IMPORTANT
The organizer may close registration early if the maximum planned number of participants is reached.
Registration becomes valid only after the payment for the participant package has been confirmed.

On-site registration and payment on race day will be possible at the event Reception Center, subject to available capacity.
Participation in the 10 km race is open to persons aged 12 and over. Participants aged 12 to 17 must come to the Reception Center accompanied by a parent/guardian, who will sign a consent form for the minor’s participation on-site. Alternatively, a notarized consent form may be submitted.
The organizer reserves the right to change the race course, the start and finish locations, the event schedule, and other organizational elements for safety, technical, or other justified reasons.
CHANGES TO REGISTRATION DETAILS
Registration details that do not require the organiser’s approval, such as nationality, phone number, residential address and emergency contact, can be changed independently through the participant profile, free of charge.
Changes to first name, last name and email address can only be made by sending a request to support@bgdmarathon.org and are subject to a fee of 600 RSD/5 EUR. The request must be submitted no later than 15 August 2026.
Transferring the entry fee to another participant is subject to a fee of 600 RSD/5 EUR. Until 15 August 2026, the transfer can be completed independently through the participant profile, using the link received by email at registration.
After 15 August 2026, requests for changes to first name, last name or email address, as well as requests for entry fee transfers, must be sent to support@bgdmarathon.org. The organiser will assess whether the requested change can be made. Changes after this date are not guaranteed and, if approved, are subject to a fee of 600 RSD/5 EUR.

You must pick up your participant package in person with a valid ID at the Registration centre.
Picking up participant package in the start/finish village will not be possible!
Withdrawal from Participation and Unforeseen Circumstances
A participant may withdraw from the race without needing to notify the organizer.
Under no circumstances are the entry fees refundable.
In the event of withdrawal or inability to participate due to unforeseen circumstances, the organizer is not obligated to refund the participant.
In the event of cancellation or postponement due to force majeure, external events, and extraordinary circumstances – including pandemics, natural disasters (floods, earthquakes, and similar), war or terrorist activity, civil unrest, fire or explosion, or measures by government authorities that hinder or prevent the event from being held – which could not have been foreseen, avoided, or remedied in advance, the organizer is not obliged to refund the funds paid for the participant package.
In the event of cancellation or postponement, all purchases will be transferred to the next available edition of the event.
In the event that the state authority adopts special measures necessary for the event to take place (vaccination status or a negative test as a condition for participation…), the organizer is not obliged to refund the funds paid for the participation package in case of withdrawal of the participant.
