The organizer can close registrations earlier in case the planned number of participants is reached.
The organizer can change the route, the location of the start and finish if necessary.
Registration becomes valid only after the payment for the participant package has been confirmed.
Please use a valid email address during registration.
One participant – one registration. It is not possible to register multiple participants from one account.
It will be possible to change the data in the application until December 10, 2025. for an additional fee of 600 RSD (5 EUR). Send requests for changes to support@bgdmarathon.org.
Registration/payment on the day of the race is not possible!
Runners can participate in the Ušće New Year’s race even as minors. Minor participants must come to the reception center accompanied by a parent or guardian, who will sign the consent for their participation on the spot.

You must pick up your participant package in person with a valid ID at the Registration centre.
Picking up participant package in the start/finish village will not be possible!

A participant may withdraw from the race without needing to notify the organizer.
Under no circumstances are the entry fees refundable.
In the event of withdrawal or inability to participate due to unforeseen circumstances, the organizer is not obligated to refund the participant.
In the event of cancellation or postponement of the event due to force majeure – external events and extraordinary circumstances, including the COVID-19 pandemic or any other pandemic, natural disasters (floods, earthquakes, etc.), war or terrorist activities, public disturbances, fires or explosions, or government measures that make it difficult or impossible to hold the event and could not have been foreseen, avoided, or mitigated, the organizer is not obliged to refund the payment for the participant package. In the event of cancellation or postponement of the event, all paid funds will be transferred to the next held edition of the event.
In the event of cancellation or postponement, all purchases will be transferred to the next available edition of the event.
In the event that the state authority adopts special measures necessary for the event to take place (vaccination status or a negative test as a condition for participation…), the organizer is not obliged to refund the funds paid for the participation package in case of withdrawal of the participant.

Participants arrive at the start/finish “race village” from 10 am. The village is located at the eastern entrance of Ušće Shopping Center.
In the start/finish village, participants can use a changing tent, a cloakroom for storing and storing things, as well as mobile toilets.
When changing, things should be placed in the participant’s bag and the sticker you received in the participant’s package should be stuck on it. Take your bag to the tent, which is marked with the range of numbers in which your participant number is located.
Attach your participant number to the lower part of your shirt around the stomach area. Do not pin it to your back, high on your chest, or hold it crumpled in your hand. Otherwise, it may not be read properly at the start, check points, or finish.
About 15 minutes before the start, we will organize a group warm-up and a photo session before the start.
After the warm-up and photo session, we will invite you to enter the start zone.
At 12 PM, the sound of the siren will mark the start of the race.
After completing the course, your unique participation medals await you at the finish line, as well as refreshments from your partners and organizers.
The awarding ceremony for the three fastest participants in the overall ranking will be organised on the main stage at 12:45 PM.
