IMPORTANT

• The organizer may close registration early if the maximum planned number of participants is reached.
• Registration becomes valid only after the payment for the participant package has been confirmed.
• Please use a valid e-mail address when registering.
• On-site registration and payment on race day will be possible at the event Reception Center, subject to available capacity.
• Participation in the 10 km race is open to persons aged 12 and over. Participants aged 12 to 17 must come to the Reception Center accompanied by a parent/guardian, who will sign a consent form for the minor’s participation on-site. Alternatively, a notarized consent form may be submitted.
• The organiser reserves the right to change the race course, the start and finish locations, the event schedule, and other organisational elements for safety, technical, or other justified reasons.

CHANGES TO REGISTRATION DETAILS

• Registration details that do not require the organizer’s approval—such as nationality, phone number, residential address, and emergency contact information—can be updated free of charge through the participant’s profile.
• Changes to first name, last name and email address can only be made by sending a request to support@bgdmarathon.org and are subject to a fee of 600 RSD/5 EUR. The request must be submitted no later than 15 August 2026.
• Transferring the entry fee to another participant is subject to a fee of 600 RSD/5 EUR. Until 15 August 2026, the transfer can be completed independently through the participant profile, using the link received by email at registration.
• After 15 August 2026, requests for changes to first name, last name or email address, as well as requests for entry fee transfers, must be sent to support@bgdmarathon.org. The organiser will assess whether the requested change can be made. Changes after this date are not guaranteed and, if approved, are subject to a fee of 600 RSD/5 EUR.
