Picking up participant packages on the day of the race, due to the early race start at 10 a.m., will not be possible!

Withdrawal from Participation or Unforeseen Circumstances

A participant can withdraw from the race and is not obligated to inform the organizer. In the case of participant withdrawal or the inability to participate in the race due to unforeseen circumstances, the organizer is not obliged to refund the paid money.
In the event of cancellation or postponement of the event due to force majeure – external events and extraordinary circumstances, including the COVID-19 pandemic or any other pandemic, natural disasters (floods, earthquakes, etc.), war or terrorist activities, public disturbances, fires or explosions, or government measures that make it difficult or impossible to hold the event and could not have been foreseen, avoided, or mitigated, the organizer is not obliged to refund the payment for the participant package. In the event of cancellation or postponement of the event, all paid funds will be transferred to the next held edition of the event.
In case the government authorities implement specific measures necessary for the event to take place (vaccination status or a negative test as a condition for participation…), the organizer is not obligated to refund the paid funds for the participant package in case of participant withdrawal.

RUNNERS INFO

Participants should arrive at the PRE-START ZONE – Nikola Pašić Square – starting from 8:00 a.m., no later than 9:30 a.m.
Participants change in the appropriate tents and hand over their belongings in participant bags with baggage sticker to volunteers in the BAGGAGE AREA. Volunteers store the marked items they receive. Runners will find their belongings in the same place after the race, retrieved based on their participant number. In the pre-start zone, competitors can use mobile toilets.
Each participant must wear only the bib number under which they registered – otherwise, they will be disqualified. Place the participant number on the front of the shirt, in the stomach area.
All participants must be in the START ZONE by 9:45 a.m. at the latest. When taking starting positions, elite competitors stand immediately behind the starting line, and all others behind the “living wall.”
Runners are obliged to follow the instructions of the announcer and judges at the start. Runners who disrupt the order at the start with their behavior will be removed from the start and disqualified.
At 10:00 a.m., the sound of the siren signals the start of the race.
All participants must pass the checkpoints on the course. If a participant is not recorded at these checkpoints for any reason, they lose their ranking and result.
The time limit for both races is 3 hours.
Runners who withdraw can contact the nearest medical service or staff at refreshment stations and wait there for transportation to the pre-start zone or to a medical institution (if necessary).
From entering the finish straight (about 400 m to the finish), the separation of the 10km race and the half marathon begins. Half marathon runners run on the left side of the street and enter the left side of the gate, while 10km participants run on the right side of the street and enter the right side of the gate.
All participants receive medals at the finish. After receiving medals, refreshments, medical assistance, and toilets are available to all participants.
The award ceremony for the first three competitors in the overall ranking in the 10km race (M and F) will take place at 11:00, and in the half marathon at 12:00 on the stage at the finish line.

All citizens have the right to participate, and minors aged 14 to 18 must have written consent from parents when picking up the participant package. The race starts at 10:00 a.m. at the intersection of Bulevar kralja Aleksandra and Resavska streets and runs through the streets: Bulevar Kralja Aleksandra – Beogradska – Starine Novaka – Dvadeset sedmog marta – Džordža Vašingtona – Cara Dušana – Bulevar Vojvode Bojovića – Kneza Sime Markovića – Pop-Lukina – Brankova – Brankov most – Bulevar Nikole Tesle – Karađorđev trg – 22. oktobra – Aleksandra Dubčeka – Bulevar Mihajla Pupina – Omladinskih brigada – Bulevar Milutina Milankovića – Bulevar umetnosti (turnaround) – Bulevar Milutina Milankovića – Milentija Popovića – Bulevar Zorana Đinđića – Antifašističke borbe – Bulevar Mihajla Pupina – Brankov most – Brankova – Kraljice Natalije – Kneza Miloša – Kralja Milana – Terazije – The finish is in front of the Hotel “Moskva.”

Sava Insurance Family Race (2.3 km)

The race is of a promotional nature, without winners and rankings. All those who want to run or walk the course are eligible to participate. As part of the Sava Insurance Family Race, we will organize a charity action in which those who wish can donate a minimum of 1000 dinars to the Children’s Heart Association and, in return, receive the official race T-shirt and participant number for the prize draw at the Sava Insurance booth at the race finish. The race starts at 10:15 a.m. at the intersection of Bulevar kralja Aleksandra and Resavska streets and runs through the streets: Bulevar Kralja Aleksandra – Beogradska – Trg Slavija – Kralja Milana. The finish is at Terazije.
